Camellia Symphony: Inspired Lyricism
Highlighting works by Sibelius and Schumann, Bennett Lopez is proud to join the Camellia Symphony for its year end concert, Inspired Lyricism.
This program includes Sibelius’ Spring Song, Op. 16, Maestro Christian Baldini’s piece for solo Viola and Orchestra - a WORLD PREMIERE, capped off by Schumann’s expansive Symphony No. 2.
Wolf Creek Anthem Premiere
Working with composer Alexis Alrich, Bennett Lopez is excited to premier the new work Wolf Creek Anthem, a 10 movement suite for Solo Tenor, audience, and chamber ensemble. Featuring marimba, oboe and English horn, harp, and strings, it will be a wonderful evening of music making and community. This piece was written through the California Arts Grant application and will be performed April 21st and 22nd only.

Shlomo Mintz and the Vicente Chamber Orchestra
